BPS Disposables Implementation Services.
Disposables technology is revolutionising "lean" biomanufacturing and radically
changing the way we design and operate facilities. Our Disposables Implementation practice provides vendor independent advice
on integrating disposables into manufacturing strategy, disposables selection &
procurement, achieving lean manufacturing through disposables, and designing for
disposables through to project implementation and validation.
The business unit draws on a team of high level bioprocess engineering specialists
who have been directly involved disposables implementation projects for over six
years (over 15 projects); typically starting at the early design phase of major new biopharmaceutical manufacturing
facilities in the U.S. & Europe.
