Andrew Sinclair
Co-Founder, Managing Director, BioPharm Services UK
Andrew has over 20 years design experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, from the first recombinant insulin process through to large scale monoclonal antibody manufacturing. He has had direct experience of and responsibility for manufacturing, logistics, maintenance and capital programme management. Most recently he was Director of Engineering and Logistics at Lonza Biologics. Andrew has an MSc in Biochemical Engineering from University College London. He has published widely and has presented at numerous industry conferences. |

Peter Latham
Co-Founder, President, BioPharm Services US
Peter has over 13 years experience in general management and 8 years in financial, strategic and business development consulting to the biotech industry. As founder and president of New Venture Advisors, Inc., Mr. Latham has worked with a variety of companies, including biotech, pharmaceutical companies, equipment suppliers, contract manufacturers, venture capitalists and start-up entities. In addition, Peter holds a MSc. from MIT's Sloan School of Management, has published articles in Nature Biotechnology and has presented at industry conferences. |

Miriam Monge

Miriam has 18 years international experience in the biopharmaceutical manufacturing sector. Miriam recently joined Biopharm Services following 14 years with Sartorius Stedim Biotech where in her role as Marketing Director she worked closely with Biopharm Services to develop a design & implementation approach for disposables into manufacturing. Miriam recently founded the ISPE disposables community of practice of which she is co-chair, she is a regular presenter at International conferences & published widely in journals. Miriam holds an MBA from Marseille International business school (EUROMED). |

Susan comes to Biopharm Services with over 25 years experience in biotechnology business development. Susan has worked for Celltech, Lonza, Collaborative BioAlliance, Dow Chemical and Xcellerex, mostly contract manufacturing organizations selling services ranging from process development through commercial manufacturing, including integrated disposable manufacturing services and products. Susan has done multiple start-up companies performing strategic business development, M&A and technology in/out licensing. James is a leading specialist in all aspects of bioprocess simulation; he has extensive experience in design and optimization of process simulations covering laboratory operations, multi product facilities and large scale manufacturing systems. James was awarded his postgraduate degree in "A Modular Non-Linear Approach to Empirical Principal Component Analysis Based Process Modelling" carried out at University College London. He was awarded a 2.1 MEng (Hons) in Chemical Engineering by Imperial College of Science, Technology and Medicine, London. |
